Role: HengXinLi, a newly formed real estate investment platform due to launch in December 2015, is seeking part time administration and legal support for their Corporate Services Team. The Corporate Services Team provides various administrative, compliance and company secretarial tasks in relation to the multi-jurisdictional companies within the Group. Our office is located in Pan Yu Road, 5 min walk form Jiaotong University. Package: Hourly rate. RMB250 per hour Flexible times to suit class schedules.

职位描述 | Responsibilities: • Taking on general administrative legally related tasks and ad hoc duties as required by the Head of Division • Providing assistance to more senior team members in relation to day to day company legal secretarial tasks such as incorporation and dissolution of Group companies, drafting of minutes to ensure all director and shareholder decisions are recorded in accordance with the relevant jurisdictional legislation, organising directors/shareholders meetings, preparation of basic documents to be tabled at directors/shareholders meetings and maintenance of statutory books and registers. • Research and collation of information on various legal aspects to assist the head of the division in relation to the preparation of Group reports and projects • Participate in the processing of anti-money laundering/ compliance checks on incoming investors, including the collation and review of investor due diligence. • Researching Anti Money Laundering laws in foreign jurisdictions • Working as part of a team to prepare various investor documentation and process corporate transactions. • Data processing. | ||||||||||

其他要求 | Requirements: • Excellent academic background and a law degree, or high marks in a law degree pre degree award. Some time spent studying overseas is advantageous, but not essential • Previous experience working in a paralegal role and/ or offshore financial services role would be an advantage, but not essential. On the job training will be provided. • A quick learner able to use their initiative and demonstrate excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail skills • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations in a practical manner • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines and outside normal office hours when required • Excellent numerical, written and verbal communication skills. Preference will be given to those who can speak and/or read Chinese. All applicants must be able to speak fluent English. • Excellent IT skills, in particular, Word and Excel. • Immediate start • Possibility of long term employment |
