Administrative Assistant
Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Shanghai
Reporting: ATC operation controller
Accountabilities:
Support office daily operation and deal with office related issues including but not limited the following:
1. Support the organization on conference call, tickets booking, hotel reservation and schedule arrangement for business purpose.
2. Maintain documents, contracts, as well as daily office supplies.
3. Manage team daily purchasing requests and payments
4. Admin cost summary and tracking by month.
5. Provide general administrative and clerical support including couriers, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
6. Support the team meeting and visitor.
7. Event coordination and support
8. Carry out other assignments as required by the Company.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with major in international trade, English, finance, administrative managements, etc.
2. Fresh graduate accepted, above two years relevant work experience with a multi-national company is preferred.
3. Customer services oriented and flexibility, with a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Good communication and coordination skill, willing to work under pressure.
5. Fluent in both oral and written English.
6. Good command of MS Office software.
