Software Engineer – AS – Beijing – Bachelor

Responsibilities:
The NCE may perform any of the following components of the role breakdown depending on specific engagements:
Transactional Projects Project Engineering role:
?Assists in generation of standard project documentation including test plans.
?Assists in generation of cisco collaboration configurations from Low Level Design
?Assists in execution of project delivery including installation staging, implementation and handover
?Assists in IPCC Upgrade and Migration Activities
?Assists in the second development base on IPCC platform
?Assists in API supporting for ICM, Finesse softphone, CVP Call Flow, Reports etc
Transactional Projects Project Consulting role:
?Attends design workshop
?Provides design assistance and performance engineering services
?Help customer to develop application on IPCC platform
?Help customer to design IVR call flow
Proactive Service & Support:
?Provides IPCC API sample supporting
?To develop application/tools for customer
?Base on IPCC structure to develop common applications
?Provides remote support for customer application
Reactive Service & Support:
?Troubleshoots and resolves everyone customer application problems & API problems.
?Provides support on a world-wide basis.
Advanced Services Technology Specialization Teams:
?Provides backup support for other NCEs.
Requirements:
?Knowledgeable in one or more of: IPCC, IP Telephony, IP Internetworking, LAN Switching, Voice technologies,SAN, CDN, Optical, Wireless.
?Master language in Java, Java Script, REST API, Web Service development.
?Understand Web Server for tomcat, WAS, Web logic etc
?Knowledgeable in one or more of: MS SQL Server, Oracle, Informix
?Understand software project design
?Good communication skill set
?Good English skill set
