We are now seeking for an Assistant Recruitment Consultant based in Shanghai with following information for reference

 

Job Title: Assistant Recruitment Consultant

·        Strong self-learning skill, be able to make COLD CALL upon instruction

·        Assisting senior consultant with day-to-day operational tasks and delivery high quality recruitment services by sourcing qualified candidates via various channels

·        Graduates have obtained an university degree

To apply for this position you are required:

·        Demonstrates professional behaviours, adhere to company recruitment methodology, policies, procedures and service delivery standards

·        An attitude of willing to learn more and improve oneself, pro-active and willing to help where ever possible

·        Great teamwork with exceptional communication skill

·        Technical savvy and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite

·        Good command of both written and spoken English

·        Telesales or sales-related working experience is a plus
