Qualifications:
1. Nationality: China, Russia, India, Thailand, America,etc.(Foreigners should have good Chinese expression ability)
2. Degree: Ph.D preferred、master
3. Majors:
Real estate related majors: engineering management, architecture, civil engineering, structure, urban planning, water and electricity, transportation, geotechnical engineering, hydraulic engineering, etc.
Financial Related Majors:economics, accounting, tax, finance, finance, actuarial, insurance, etc.
Marketing Related Majors: Marketing, Chinese, Business Management, etc.
Other majors: Law, statistics, information interconnection, management, construction materials, new materials, etc.
4. Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills, hardworking, team management skills, and professional competency in real estate areas
