岗位需求描述

早期教育顾问(ECD Consultant)

工作职责：
1、 完成每月的课程销售任务；

2、 为家长提供详细的品牌和课程介绍；
3、 给孩子的成长提供专业的指导和帮助；
4、 积极协助并参与市场营销活动；
5、 积极维护客户关系，定期做好客户回访工作，及时解决相应问题。

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，1年以上早教行业工作经验或销售经验；
2、热心于早教事业，喜欢孩子，乐于帮助孩子成长；
3、沟通能力强、热情开朗、有团队意识，能承受一定工作压力；
4、英文良好者为佳。

Responsibilities:

1.Complete the courses sales task monthly;

2.Introduce brand and courses to parents in detail;

3.Provide professional guidance and help to children;

4.Give positive assistance and take part in marketing activities;

5.Preserving the customer relationship actively,make the telephone follow up for customers  and solve their questions timely.

Requirement:

1.College degree or above,at least 1 year experience in early education industry or sales work;

2.Be enthusiastic in early education,lovechildren,love to help children to grow up;

3.Good at communication,warm and cheerful,strong sense of team,able to work under pressure;

4.Fluent speaking and written English is preferred.

早期教育顾问主管（ECD Consultant Supervisor）

工作职责：
1、顾问招聘，顾问团队的培训与日常管理；
2、带领顾问团队完成每月的销售任务；
3、有效协调本部门与其他部门的相关工作；
4、积极支持并协助市场活动的顺利开展；
5、接待家长并做好咨询工作，积极维护客户关系。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，3年以上早教行业工作经验或销售经验；
2、热爱教育事业，愿意帮助家长解决孩子成长中的问题；
3、有强烈的责任感，能做好团队分工工作；
4、热情、诚信、对销售工作充满激情、愿意接受挑战；

5、英文四级以上为佳。

排课顾问(Course arranging Consultant)

职位描述：

1、分析新会员资料并与家长沟通，给家长推荐合适的课程及上课时间；
2、跟踪了解会员上课情况，及时调整开班计划和课程安排，提高会员出席率；
3、负责所有会员的课程预约、升班、请假等方面的日常工作；
4、定期对客户进行电话回访，及时解决相关问题。

任职条件：

1、大专及以上学历，具有教育行业相关工作经历优先；
2、稳重、细致、耐心、有服务意识，认可早教事业，喜欢孩子；
3、熟练的计算机操作能力,如Word, Excel等；
4、英文四级以上，具备良好的沟通及协调能力。

Responsibilities：

1.Analyze the data of new members,communicate with parents and recommend the right course and time;

2.Track members’class,adjust the class plan and course schedule,raise attendance;

3.Responsible for booking class,passinggrade,leaving and related tings of all the members;

4.Make the telephone follow up for customers  and solve their questions timely.

Requirement:

1.College degree or above,having experience in early education industry is preferred;

2.Steady,careful and patient,strong sense of service,accept early children education,love children;

3.Be familiar with computer,such as word,excel and etc.;

行政服务专员(Service Assistant)

工作职责：

1、会员接待与服务，维护中心秩序；

2、负责接听及转接电话，及时处理问题；

3、办公用品、耗材、日常消耗品的采购，管理公共财产及库房；

4、员工考勤统计；

5、协助各部门之间的工作。

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，有早期教育行业相关工作经验优先；

2、爱孩子，热爱教育事业；

4、良好的计算机操作能力及英文能力；
