2012年，我公司获批国家质量监督检验检疫总局《进出口商品检验鉴定机构进出口商品检验鉴定机构》资格证书，许可业务范围为：“进出口大宗商品衡器计量、水尺计重、容量计重、货载衡量、残损鉴定、装运技术条件鉴定、运输工具退租鉴定”

Brief of TEAMHEAD MARINE SURVEYORS

Teamhead Marine Surveyors Co., Ltd. was officially registered in March 2005 with her head office in Tianjin, China, branch offices in Shanghai, Dalian and Guangzhou. In 2009, the company granted her DNV9001 certificate in field of Marine Survey Service. 

Our main clients are P&I clubs, including Messrs the Steamship Mutual P&I Club, London P&I Club, UK P&I Club, SKULD P&I Club, North of England P&I Club, American P&I Club, Japan P&I Club, Swedish P&I Club, as well as Britannia P&I Club, in the fields of Preloading Survey, Accident investigation and survey to cargo and/or ship and full entry condition survey. 

As resources for nearly half of the revenue prior the Economic crises, strong support also came from Messrs the STELFER Steel Inc, UNIWIRE Steel Inc, STEMCOR Holding Ltd and the NYK-MISA from USA. We served as their Consignee Surveyors in the mill inspection, technical data checking and logistics survey in all China Ports. We had built up a reliable team reputation with these clients. The present recession could only reduce the appointment but our long-term cooperation relationships are still strong and developing.   

We are also serving in the fields of On/Off Hire bunker and condition survey, Draft survey, Measurement survey and Container stuffing survey for Ship’s Owners and/or Charterer including Messrs the Pacific Basin Shipping Group, TRI-ORIENT Shipping Ltd, Huadao Shipping (Far East) Ltd and GMT Shipping Line Ltd from Hongkong, as well as NASCO SHIPPING Co., Ltd and OCEANGATE Shipping INC from China Mainland. We are also their permanent or part-time supercargo to the vessels operating by these clients, specialist in Project Cargo Stowage, including Oil Drilling equipments, Cement and Power Plant, as well as Steel Cargo and Plywood. 

This team has 21 members, including 5 Supercargo, 10 Surveyors and 6 office ladies acting operation management. Except for college graduates and practices on marine survey, most of the Surveyors have experience of sea-service for many years. The team leader, Managing Director of this company, had served in COSCO Hongkong Fleet since 1985, and commenced his Supercargo service for CORECK Maritime GMBH Tianjin Office in 1993. He has participated in marine survey market as an independent surveyor since year 2002.
