职位描述:
1. Position: WKC Collector 应收账款专员 2. Reports to: AR Supervisor 应收帐款主管 3. Department: Finance and Accounting 财务会计部门
4. Location: GSC CGD 成都全球信息处理中心
5. Job Purpose: 工作性质: To perform the operations in Finance and Accounting (F&A) activities in the Global Shared Service Centers. 全球信息处理中心处理财务会计应收账款相关工作 6. Key Areas of Responsibility: 关键工作职责: a) Be the first point of contact for customers to collect on due and overdue Maersk invoices; Provides customer service regarding collection issues and short payments. 作为外部客户主要联系人追收到期及逾期应收款;提供应收款及短款相关客户服务 b) Ensure as a minimum weekly follow-up of out-standings, ensuring no AR over-dues days; Meet the DSO target for the customers and complete the tasks in accordance with the SLA. 每周追踪确保无应收款逾期超过7天;满足DSO绩效考核指标并在规定的时间范围内完成工作任务 c) Regular monitoring for credit customers to keep their outstanding within credit limit. 定期监控保持客户应收款在授予信贷额度内 d) Notify senior management on customer delinquency, cooperate with relevant departments and improve customer account status. 及时将客户不良行为通知管理层,与相关部门配合改善客人账户状况。 e) Interact with customers and raise disputes for customer queries on invoice related issue. 积极与客户沟通,并将客人对账单提出的争端事宜提于客服解决 f) Set up customer statements and maintain a dunning schedule in line with Maersk Line policies. 设立客户对账清单并根据公司政策制定追欠方案 g) Regular review of customer accounts with WKC manager. 与营运资金经理定期复核客户帐目 h) Complete work assignment within timeline.
在工作时限内完成相应工作要求.
i) Complete other work related assignment from supervisor in time.
按时完成领导布置的其他工作相关任务.
7. Essential criteria 基本要求: Candidates must meet below criteria: 申请者必须满足以下条件:
1.Work experience 工作经验 1 year above Korean related experience,朝鲜族优先 1年以上韩语相关工作经验 2. Korean TOPIK test level 5 above. 韩语TOPIK考试5级以上(包含5级).
4. Basic English capability
具有一定英语读写能力.
5. Microsoft office (excel is a must) 熟练运用办公软件

优先考虑满足以下条件的申请者 1. Previous WKC collecting experience 应收账款追收工作经验 2.Prior experience in BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) / MNC (Multi-National Corporation) 外包行业/跨国公司工作经验
3. 1 year above call center experience.
一年以上呼叫中心工作经验
