Position:HR & GA intern Munich Reinsurance Company Beijing Branch
Major job and responsibilities:
1. Handle all daily front desk duties (e.g. greeting clients, answering phone, sending/receiving faxes, distributing mails and office circulation)
2. Manage the booking of the Board room and other meeting facilities;
3. Coordinate with various external vendors on company procurement (stationary, water etc) and office maintenance.
4. Assist in organizing various internal and external activities/event
5. Assist in HR related work, such as data collection, translation etc
Requirement:
1. College student
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and team work spirit
3. Fluent spoken and written English
4. Proficient at MS Excel, MS word and PowerPoint
