职位:大数据研发/数据挖掘工程师(实习生）
岗位职责：
1.负责开发、维护和优化基于Hadoop的大数据平台，负责构建基于大数据平台的数据分析体系，负责海量数据分析研究方案的设计及实施；
2.负责大数据处理和分析领域未来的技术规划，技术战略地图，技术项目立项关键技术和断裂点分析，技术实现方案评估；
3.根据业务需求，研究相关的数据挖掘算法和数学模型，建立数据分析模型；
4.指导和培训大数据运维、分析人员，提升大数据分析和处理技能，负责大数据核心技术的知识传递。
5.负责基于数据分析平台的各种应用的开发、维护、推广培训工作；
6.组织与业务部门的沟通讨论，确定分析课题及研究计划，牵头完成分析报告和分析模型，为业务发展提供决策支持。
职位要求：
1.计算机、电子信息等相关专业本科或以上学历
2.熟悉Hadoop家族的多个组件的开发和使用，如Hive、HBase、Spark、Kafka等；
3.精通基于Hadoop的Java, scala, python开发，熟悉Linux系统；
4.具有较强的责任心、执行力，有良好的沟通和团队合作能力；
5.熟悉统计软件（SAS、R），或有数据分析和数据挖掘项目实施经验者优先；
6.有较强的学习能力和编程能力；热衷于从事大数据研发职位

Position: Big data developer/ data analysts (Interns)
Job description:
1. In charge of big data platform development, operation and optimization.
2. According to the business requirements, to develop big data analytic applications including data cleaning, transformation, training algorithm, and etc.
3. In charge of operating, maintaining big data platform, and learn new tech knowledge to benefit the daily work.
4. To work with the entire team to settle down the final solution, algorithm, to further improve the existing or new software service/platform.
Requirements:
1. CS/EE or related majors, bachelor and above.
2. Be familiar with Hadoop Eco-system development and usage, including: Hive, HBase, Spark, Kafka, Storm and etc.
3. Be skillful at Java/Scala/Python programing and be familiar with Linux OS
4. Be with responsibility, execution ability and be easy to work with team and communicate with each other.
5. Be familiar with statistics tool (SAS, R), or experience with data mining and machine learning are preferred.
6. Quick leaner, and strong programming skill. Be with passion on big data analytics.
