1. 光学工程师

学位要求：

- BSc/MSc in Optics, Electro-optics, Physics or Electrical Engineering with strong optics and fiber optic background required

岗位职责：

- Responsible for the optical design of opto-electronic modules and subsystems such as EDFAs,  Line cards, Network Management Subsystems and other optical relevant products that within Oclaro scope.

- Responsible for mastering the understanding of existing products to design variants that meet new customer needs.

-The position will require extensive interaction with mechanical, measurement, software and electronics engineers in a project team environment.  Key capabilities include the ability to use existing simulation tools and experimental expertise to characterize prototypes. 

-To interact with the new product introduction group to assist in the introduction to manufacturing of new designs.

- Oversight of the test and verification of the new products, as well as the system integration through interaction with mechanical, electronics, and software designers, test engineers, and technicians.

- As a key member of the product development group, he will also be responsible for analyzing and responding to customer and marketing requirements, and supporting manufacturing in originating and improving processes.

- Contribute to the team improvement with the study of technologies and relevant actions on: products, applications, processes and other fields.

任职要求：

-0~3 years experience in optical modeling, design and product development

- Familiar with active components, passive components, subsystem modules and their test methods in optical fiber communication

- Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues in optical design and product development

- Must be a team player

- Must be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

2. FPGA & Firmware Engineer

学位要求：

Master degree in Optical communication, electrical or automatic related.

岗位职责：

a) Design and develop FPGA features with guidance from supervisor. Do Simulation and on-board verification to guarantee robustness;

b) Work with hardware and firmware engineers to continuous improves design performance;

c) Design and develop firmware features with guidance from supervisor. Do unit test for developed code to guarantee robustness. Continuous improve your design for better code structure, executing efficiency and product performance;

d) Ensure firmware documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

e) Work with optic / hardware team to continuous improves firmware performance, efficiencies, and process capability.

任职要求：

·2 years of experience in developing FPGA for control system with Altera or Xilinx chips;

·Participant in a successful FPGA development through whole develop process, including design requirement analysis, coding, simulation, verification and customer delivery;

·Experience on digital signal process in FPGA, e.g. filter design and PID close loop control;

·0 to 2 years of experience in firmware development for ARM or Nios core;

·Experience on C and assembly programming language;

·Experience in lab bench debugging tools oscilloscopes, logic analyzers;

·Knowledge on hardware design, digital signal process and communication system;

·Should be able to work and deliver on aggressive schedule;

·Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented;

·Good written and oral communication skills in English;

3. Firmware & SVT Engineer

学位要求：

Master degree in Optical communication, electrical or automatic related.

岗位职责：

a)Design and develop firmware features with guidance from supervisor. Do unit test for developed code to guarantee robustness. Continuous improve your design for better code structure, executing efficiency and product performance.

b)Ensure firmware documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

c)Work with optic / hardware team to continuous improves firmware performance, efficiencies, and process capability.

d)Design test plan according to test requirement

e)Design test bench, test cases and procedure.

f)Developing automation test script with high efficiency and good quality.

g)Execute test, and analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.

h)Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems.

i)Generate official test report.

任职要求：

a)1 to 2 years of experience in control systems development with FPGA and/or microcontrollers writing firmware for embedded applications

b)Experience on C and assembly programming language

c)Good understanding and experience in Object Oriented design

d)0 to 2 years of experience in embedded software verification test, in both automation and manual test methods.

e)Experience on automation test script development with Python or other script language.

f)Experience in lab bench debugging tools oscilloscopes, logic analyzers

g)Should be able to work and deliver on aggressive schedule

h)Self-starter, highly motivated, dedicated and teamwork oriented

i)Good written and oral communication skills in English

4. Optical Test Engineer
