1.    Responsible for optical modeling, optical design and design review;
    2.    Do optical response in RFI/RFQ;
    3.    Develop new optical components’ specification and verification requirements;
    4.    Work with NPI team to transfer design to manufacture;
    5.    Take ownership on sustaining products’ optical design changes;
    6.    Take ownership on optical components’ introduction in related products for cost reduction;
    7.    Provide technical supports on RMA analysis;
    8.    Provide supports on feasibility study on these new techniques based on current designs;
