Roles and Responsibilities: Scope of responsibilities:
Responsible for plant CEB, MRO and indirect service procurement. Core responsibilities: Implement sourcing
strategy for CEB, MRO and indirect service To deliver the
cost saving results for Indirect procurement Developing new
suppliers/materials/services Manage supplier
relationship and supplier performance KPIs Lead the supplier
risk assessment and supplier audit Optimize the purchasing
process via RFQ/Bidding, negotiation, quality control, on time delivery,
payment term, etc. Key
competencies: Bachelor degree or above Majored in Engineering, Business administration, Purchasing and
Supply chain Strong communication and negotiation skills Strong project management skill, analytical skill and customer
oriented Proactive and good team player MS office, and SAP knowledge is preferred Mandarin, Cantonese, good oral and written English is an advantage Strong ownership and business integrity. |
