- Establish the repair and return process and setting the repair KPIs.
- Coordinate to solve the repair issue.
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly repair performance reporting preparation.
- Monthly repair forecast preparation.
Requirements:
1.Education background: Bachelor or above
2.Major in: Management field or relevant
3.Computer skill: Good computer skills especially in Excel
4.Language ability: Fluent both Verbal and Written English
