岗位要求：
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Follow up on site training course delivery activities
2.In charge of we-chat platform daily operation
3.Collect, summarize training data (pre-training needs analysis,post-training satisfaction rate,training hours, attendance rate etc.)
4.Organize continuous learning activities (eg, English corner,skill competition)
5. Support recruitment team’s manual documentation work (eg. Candidates’ data consolidation)
6. Support recruitment team’s admin work (eg. interview reception, especially group interview; temps/interns on-board follow up)
Key competencies:
1.College or above
2.Not major limited, HR or English major is preferred
3.Good at Microsoft word, ppt, excel
4.Good communication ,organizational ability
5.Familiar with we-chat operation and understand other online tool
6.Open-minded, Careful, creative and able to work under heavy pressure
7.Prefer the candidate had such intern experiences
8.Hope to work on site full time or at least 3 days per week , ZS local students may preferred.
