    ROLE DESCRIPTION：
    Purchasing Operational Excellence Internship CHINA
   
    JOB PURPOSE:
    Purchasing Operational Excellence intership agent is in charge of ensuring high level follow up on mandatory documentation related to China business.
   
    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
    As a cross functional team player, the candidate will:
    1.Follow up on missing mandatory documentations from the suppliers and buyers
    2.Identify expired supplier documents and contact suppliers to renew documentations
    3.Manage the requests / questions from suppliers and internal counterparts
    4.Participate to punctual project (labels, Audit, etc…)
   
    Relationship:
    1.Be the key contact for CHINA specific supplier/material documentation collection
    2.Interact with Sourcing and CoE team to support day to day business continuity
   
    REQUIREMENTS / COMPETENCIES :
    1.Bachelor Degree (Business related or chemical subjects).
    2.A first professional experience is a plus.
    3.Team Player capable of working in a cross functional international environment
     Great capacity of analyzing, consolidating and reporting
     Rigorous, focus on performance and on Excel in execution
     Good communication skills in English
