Job Responsibilities

 

1.   Location:        Shanghai

 

2. Working days:        At least 3 days a week

 

3.   Reporting to: Managing Partner

 

4.   Direct report(s):   Nil

 

5.   Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Research

ü  Provide academic support to the Managing Partner for studies on leadership development from a traditional Chinese philosophical perspective

Ø  Documentation

ü  Assist the Managing Partner in documenting academic or professional papers/books.

 

Qualifications

 

1.   Age:                19 - 23 years old

 

2.   Education:           B.S. or M.A.

 

3.   Experience:         Consulting firm or corporate experience as a plus

 

4.   Languages:          Chinese & English

                           

5.          Skills and Knowledge:

 

Ø  Documentation

Ø  Microsoft software skill

Ø  Good command of English, reading comprehension in Western classical works as a definite plus.

 

6.         Personal Attributes:

 

Ø  Mature, open and confident personality;

Ø  Strong learning capability;

Ø  Organized with thorough follow-through.
