CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISING ENGINEER WANTED

Guangdong Technion - Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is looking for a full-time supervising engineer for the campus construction at Shantou, China.

Qualifications:

1)  Honest, devoted and collaborative;

2)  With Bachelor or Master Degree in Architectural Civil Engineering or Architectural Design; Working experience or studies abroad is preferable;

3)  Good command in construction technology, novel materials, techniques and technology in architectural ornament;

4)  Skillful in applying relevant design software;

5)  Proficient in oral and written English with the ability to work in the English-speaking environment;

6)  A minimum of 8 years working experience in construction supervision is preferable.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Construction site supervision for indoor and outdoor of the GTIIT campus construction project; Grasp in the overall effect stipulated in the design plan;
• 2) Review the construction drawings; Track and supervise the project; Provide technical support;
• 3) Verify the materials for construction and decoration; Examine and approve the selection of special materials;
• 4) Responsible for quality evaluation and project inspection; Control, manage and supervise the project quality and progress; Submit weekly project progress report in English;
• 5) Complete other work assigned by the GTIIT leaders.

Remuneration Package:

An attractive salary package and fully furnished accommodation will be offered. The remuneration package will be negotiated relevant to experience and qualifications.
