>>职位 软件工程师 不限 Requirement 岗位要求 •Bachelor / Master degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering -本科或研究生应届毕业, 计算机相关专业 (计算机科学/ 计算机应用/ 软件工程专业优先) •Strong technical skills in Java, SQL, Oracle. -熟练应用Java, 熟悉SQL及Oracle. •Strong analytical mind set and problem solving skills -较强的分析能力和解决困难的能力 •Strong communication skills, fluent in both spoken and written English -较强的沟通能力及英文表达能力. Role & Responsibility 岗位职责 •It is expected he/she will take the responsibility to analysis / design / implement reliable, scalable solution base on the regulatory requirement -该岗位要求候选人能够根据用户需求, 分析/设计/实施实用性较高的解决方案 •This role require to communicate closely with various parties (e.g. BA Team, QA Team, Testing Team, Technical Analyst), formulate appropriate implementation strategies to deliver solutions according to the requirement -该岗位需要与不同的团队进行沟通及合作 (比如BA团队,QA团队,测试团队,技术分析等等), 根据客户需求制定相关实施方案 •Work independently and take the ownership of work -能够独立工作, 有较强的责任心 •He / she need to analyze the technical specifications, revert and suggest alternatives if any deficiencies and elaborate into details for implementation -能够对客户需求进行详细分析, 根据建议实施方案及备用方案, 并能够对方案进行解释和阐述 •Improve existing process / model to be more effective and efficient -对于现有流程和模块进行完善, 使其更加精准和高效 >>说明
