Position Summary 职位简介

 

A Trust Planning Assistant counsels our client in designing Family Trust, through which Family Wealth and Family Business are administered, protected and transferred from one generation to another. He or she also works with other experts to create Family Trust (onshore or offshore) and to design Trust Documents.

信托设计助理，负责向客户提供家族信托的设计与咨询服务，并与其他专家一起完成家族信托文件的拟定和家族信托架构的建立（在岸或者离岸），实现家族信托对家族财富和家族事业的管理、保护与传承。

 

Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责

· Accept our Trust Experts’ training of Family Trust planning

· Assist our Trust Experts in legal/business research, including: structure of offshore trust, trust documents, local laws in offshore places, legal issues of offshore trust under China laws

· Involve in the whole project of Family Trust, including the design and create of Family Trust

· Counsel high-net-wealth clients in trust planning

· Working closely with other experts, including tax planners and wealthy managers in Trust Projects, helping the team to improve its business model and working procedures

· Develop professional competence through seminars, workshops, etc. to understand recent trends in onshore and offshore trust rules, regulations, and etc.

· 接受信托专家关于家族信托的培训

· 协助信托专家对信托问题进行研究，主要包括：离岸信托架构的设计、离岸信托文件的拟定、离岸地法律的检索、离岸信托在中国法律下所面临一系列法律问题的研究

· 完整参与涉及家族信托的项目，包括家族信托的设计与构建

· 为超高净值客户提供与信托相关的规划和咨询

· 与其他专家（如税务筹划师、财富顾问）在信托问题上密切协作，并为业务与流程改进提供建议

· 通过参加论坛、研讨会等形式维护和促进专业能力的增长，保持对在岸与离岸信托规则最新趋势的及时把握

Qualifications职位要求

 

Required Skills and Experience 技能与经验基本要求

· Masters or Advanced degree(s) in Law Background

· Fluent in English reading and writing

· Strong attention to detail, very reliable and diligent

· Competent and willing to research legal issues for a long time

· High level of efficiency with an ability to multi-task and perform under pressure

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

· 硕士或更高阶学位，拥有良好的法律学术背景

· 良好的英语阅读和写作能力

· 高度注重细节，勤勉可靠

· 具备较强的法律研究能力，并且能够持之以恒

· 具备在多任务与最后期限压力下高效的执行力

· 同时具备独立工作能力与合作工作能力

Preferred Skills and Experience 技能与经验优先要求

· Experience in trust law study and research preferred

· J.D. or L.L.M. preferred

· 拥有信托法律学习或者研究经历者优先

· 取得J.D.或者LLM学位者优先
