二、招聘信息:

岗位一:Assistant Medical Science Manager - Virology    医学支持经理 –病毒疾病领域

 (薪酬:实习120/天;若转为定向实习生为150/)

岗位职责:

  • Enhance peer-to-peer scientific information exchange with opinion leaders resulting in sustained relationship with them and their support to BMS products
  • Contribute to customer focused activities, e.g. propose scientific meaningful CME, identify and prepare speakers, draft presentation, etc
  • Contribute to Brand plan and strategy development by feeding back patient needs and treatment trend gained from field medical activities
  • Support internal customers, e.g. provide medical training to sales force and feedback investigator information to clinical operation team 

l  经常性地与专家进行高水平的学术沟通,建立并维持与专家的良好关系以获得他们对施贵宝公司产品的支持

l  为学术推广活动或医学教育项目提供医学支持,例如建议学术内容及准备讲者

l  通过反馈患者需求及治疗发展趋势等来自临床的信息,为品牌推广计划及策略的制定提供专业意见及建议

l  向内部客户提供医学支持,例如培训销售队伍和反馈研究者信息体系建设的研究规划方案并组织实施;

任职资格:

  • Master in Medicine or above.
  • Clinical practice is a plus
  • Good scientific presentation skill, English skill and computer skill
  • Good scientific thinking, agile in learning, and good communication skill
  • Can travel frequently

l  临床医学硕士或以上, 肝病,消化内科专业背景优先考虑

l  相关专科临床实践经验

l  良好的科学演讲技能,电脑使用技能和英文水平

l  良好的科学思维能力,善于学习 、善于沟通

l  能适应经常性出差

 

晋升路径:

 

岗位二:销售代表(薪酬:本科100/天;大专90/天;中专80/天;若转为定向实习生为150/)

·         岗位职责:Has  deep product and disease area knowledge

·         Achieves/exceeds objectives of the territory

·         Executes the marketing strategy elaborated by Marketing Manager. Identify and cooperate with HCPs from the appropriate segment and realize the promotion plans

·         Has a thorough knowledge of his/her territory and location of key HCPs

·         Updates database of clients

·         Coordinates local “ In Hospital Meetings”

·         Updates HCPs profiling timely and makes visits according to planned target

·         Establishes and maintains contacts with key HCPs and understands customer needs

·         Keeps required standards regarding call rate, level of knowledge, competencies, behaviors and personal look.

·         Regularly (each day) reports calls in ETMS system.

·         Prepares accurate reports on time as well as follows established procedures of contacting his/her direct supervisor.

·         Provides the direct supervisor with information of effectiveness of BMS promotional materials.

·         Develops and improves his/her professional knowledge through indicated trainings and conferences as well as individual work with medical literature

·         Shares his/her knowledge and experience with other team members.

·         Maintains the professional equipment and promotional materials in excellent state.
