职位：Associate Consultant

As the world’s leading recruitment company, Hays is expanding our operation in China. We are now seeking for top talents to join our journey to success as an Associate Consultant. The position will be based at Suzhou / Shanghai.

Job Title: Associate Consultant

· Strong self-learning skill, be able to make COLD CALL upon instruction

· Developing senior level talent pool via various recruitment channels

· Create client portfolios and maintain close business relationship with industry leading clients

· Provide insights about talent market trends / recruitment strategy

To apply for this position you are required:

· Demonstrates professional behaviours, adhere to company recruitment methodology, policies, procedures and service delivery standards

· An attitude of willing to learn more and improve oneself, pro-active and willing to help where ever possible

· Great teamwork with exceptional communication skill

· Good command of both written and spoken English

· Telesales or sales-related working experience is a plus
