    Requirement:
   
    1.At least 2 years Headhunter or sales experience, finance or accounting background is preferred
   
    2.Hard working and can take high work pressure and huge workload (the working hour is over 10 hours per day in the first year
   
    3.Can confident undertaking cold call to the candidates and demonstrate the ability to undertake in-depth research into the market to ensure performance targets and goals are met (the full mapping is always required)
   
    4.Quick learner, down to earth, good influence capability and good communication skills
   
    5.Can speak both English and mandarin
   
    6.Hunger to be a professional consultant, a trusted career advisor
   
    Daily responsibility
   
    1.Make the telephone call and see job opportunities;
   
    2.Searching candidates via different channel like database, efinancial career linkedin, liepin etc
   
    3.As Associate Consultant position, the candidates need to BD new clients, interview and access the candidates, offer negotiation etc.
