Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell实习生招聘- Hardware Integration Engineer
Position: Hardware Integration Engineer
Location: Shanghai Jinqiao
HC: 2p
Job Description:
1. Conduct hardware integration related performance test and verification, including test script creation and test environment configuration according to product system requirement
2. On time completion of critical optical and electrical components qualification and introduction
3. Hardware related issue study and trouble shooting
4. Verify global customers' special requirement or configuration in system hardware transmission platform and provide necessary support.
5. Document technical files like design spec, test plan, test report and etc. in accordance with development process.
Qualifications:
1. Education background: Master candidate or above,
2. Major: Optoelectronics, Physics, EE and related field
3. Specific Skills, knowledge and competencies:
1) Understanding of hardware test methodologies, including development of test cases/suites, performance monitoring, test automation, and data analysis.
2) Basic knowledge of transport product, telecommunication systems, optical components, modules or subsystems and related standards.
3) Basic knowledge in hardware circuit and optics design
4. General competencies:
1) Proactive & Initiative
2) Good command of both English and Chinese in verbal and written.
3) Good communication skills,
4) Good team-work for cooperation
