Position Purpose/岗位目标:

l  Provide technical support to local plant and customers for brazing sheet new product development and application, especially mid & long term product/solution development/主要负责钎焊板新产品开发及应用，为工厂以及客户提供中/长期产品开发及解决方案。

l  Coordinate with local plant and US ATC/HXTC on new production development/application projects to meet customer requirements/为满足客户需求，定期及时的跟工厂，中国研发中心及技术中心沟通新产品开发应用进程；

l  Provide technical service in brazing sheet market analysis and strategy planning/为钎焊业务市场分析及市场策略制定提供钎焊技术信息；

l  Cooperate with commercial team to promote Alcoa brazing sheet products/与市场及销售团队紧密合作推广美铝钎焊产品；

l  Work with technical team and institutes to strengthen local R&D capability/与技术部门同事以及研究机构合作，增强本地研发能力；

l  Provide technical support for Alcoa strategic projects/为美铝战略项目提供技术支持；

Core Activity/主要工作内容:

l  Understand customer needs through customer visits and market study in brazing sheet and heat exchanger areas

l  Work with local plant, ATC/HXTC and commercial team in market analysis and mid & long term strategy in China

l  Initiate mid & long term product development projects and coordinate with ATC/HXTC, local plant and customers to fulfill the projects

l  Work with technical team and institutes to strengthen local R&D capability

l  Participate in training as per the project requirements.

l  Work with customers for new technology/product application and problem-solving

Ideal Incumbent Specification:

l  PhD/Master degree in Engineering/metal materials

l  Capability for project management and multi-side coordination

l  Good English skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking

l  Ability to work in a team with good communication skills

l  Creating an inspiring vision and acting in a courageous and self-determined way

l  Ability to learn quickly and pass on knowledge and know-how

l  Being fascinated by the work and managing continuous change

l  Getting the right things done at the highest impact and quality
