Performance Objective:

• Development of design presentations and product developments to win design competitions and secure new business
• Learn Eagle Ottawa products and process. Provide customer specific secondary process designs
• Assist in the development of leather design for Design Program Manager

Job Responsibility:

• Assist and support in the development of design and product strategy proposals to support business plan targeted programs.
• Assist in the development of presentations and materials to support OEM customer meetings and product / trend presentations targeting specific models.
• Support on-time completion of all required color mastering activities for awarded business.
• Works with Design Program Manager and Product Development team to develop appropriate aesthetic properties for new leather development on schedule.
• Assist the EO design team in plan and execute Leather Presentation (such like inter auto leather show)
• Develop design presentations that show cases Eagle Ottawa's design & development capability

Qualification:

• Major in Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design.
• Bachelor degree or above
• Fluently in English
