The BT Business Management Graduate Development Programme
You’ll spend two years doing a rotational role. Some of the areas you might explore include:
•    Sales/Account management
•    Business Operations
•    Contract Management
•    Project Management
•    Service Management
You’ll have the chance to experience various kinds of work and to build a clearer picture of the direction you want to take your career in.
The aim of the programme is to help you develop the skills and experience you need to further develop within BT.  There’s all the learning you’ll do on the job. This is really important, as it gives you first-hand experience of how business works and how we solve problems for our customers.
Entry Requirements
Please make sure these criteria suit you before beginning your application.
•    University education with technical related major background (Information Technology/Computer Science/ Telecommunication/Communication Engineering/ Electronics/Networking etc…)
•    Postgraduate, MBA, or graduates with up to 3 years working experience are all welcome
•    Fluency in English (IELTS 6.5 or TOFEL 90 or CET 6 520 or other acceptable certification required)
•    The permanent right to work in China
