Job Responsibilities (List in order of importance)

Work directly with our Group Corporate Communications Team on company intranet revamp project (MORUS) from development phase to launch phase, and post-launch testing and adjustment phase. Responsibilities will include assisting project team and vendor liaison, content collection, migration and consolidation; platform/design layout check out, copywriting support, etc.

Duties will also include various administrative tasks including, inputting and uploading data into web site and intranet design layout templates.

Meanwhile support basic PR works for CSR and PR initiatives, include media event logistics support, SNS content development and Corporate Communications task upon request.

Opportunities to learn about (digital) media planning, media communications and analytics.

You are self motivated, have loads of initiative and great communication skills. You’ll need a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, and be a quick learner of software tools in general.

Education Level & Professional Qualification:

Undergraduate or postgraduate student majoring in Communications, Marketing or related subjects.

?Ability to perform well under pressure and be very dependable as well as accountable
?Ability to multi-task and keep deadlines
?Able to work at office 2-3 days a week.
