职位描述： 
1. 股票期货量化交易平台开发，建设和维护；完成交易策略的开发和测试； 
2. 量化交易平台研发，股票期货交易API接入，系统架构和外部软件接口； 
3. 量化以及创新业务相关信息系统的选型，测试，上线和配置，并能提出修改意见和建议； 
4. 参与行情、交易服务器的需求整理和总体设计，对核心模块进行代码实现；对各种交易策略进行代码实现并调试 
5. 负责交易平台接口和相关数据库的开发，维护；交易等相关业务技术支持，相关系统开发以及维护。 
  
  
能力要求： 
一、计算机相关专业本科或以上学历； 
二、熟悉软件工程，理解设计模式并能够应用到软件开发中，熟悉软件测试流程； 
三、具有扎实的编程技术能力；熟悉软件开发模式，熟练C++或Java程序开发；了解并熟知Script语言（Python等）；熟知linux kernel； 
四、有开发High performance hardware driver经验者优先；有开发low latency solution经验者优先； 
五、对期货，证券等金融产品的交易策略有一定研究优先。 

注： 工作日常交流语言为英文，有出国培训出差的机会

Now we're looking for talents who can develop trading platform. With the goal of developing the fastest and most efficient trading software, now we solve problems in various field covers software/hardware system structure and network etc.

Title:  Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

1.     Designing and implementing a quantitative trading platform, which includes collecting quotes and trades from and disseminating orders to exchanges.

2.     Developing trading systems and related database that provide easy access to historical market data and trading simulations.

3.     Responsible for the coding, testing, debugging and documentation of trading strategies.

4.     Provide technical assistance for development and execution of test plans.

5.     Solid understanding of systems architecture and design concepts.

Qualifications:

1.     Strong programming skills in either C++, Java, Python. Highly skilled with Unix/Linux operating systems

2.     At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and technology or other related degree; have more than 3 years' working experience; have opportunity to travel abroad to receive training.

3.     Be familiar with software engineering and development pattern as well as testing process

4.     Experience with high performance hardware driver and low latency solution is a plus

5.     Knowledge of trading strategies for futures and stocks

6.     Ability to communicate with coworkers in English.
