（一）岗位职责：
1、遵守公司各项规章制度的规定，严格按照苗木种植和养护操作规范完成苗木种植养护工作任务；
2、根据苗木的生长规律和特点，负责苗木育苗、浇灌、施肥、修剪、预防病虫等相关养护工作；
3、负责苗木种植和养护资料的记录、整理统计和上报工作；
4、完成上级领导交办的其它临时性工作任务；

（二）任职资格：
1、学历：园林相关专业；
2、工作年限：不限；
3、英语基础好的有限考虑（需要长期和美国专家汇报以及专家的一些意见要落实下去）；
4、有长期稳定工作的意愿，江苏本地及愿意留在江苏的优先考虑。

Haining Oregon Nursery Technologies Co., LTD (“HONT”) is a wholly-owned foreign enterprise registered in China with a total investment of US$16 million and registered capital of US$8 million, which is invested wholly by Oregon Nursery Holdings, Ltd. Our Chinese headquarter locates in Binjiang district, Hangzhou city, Zhejiang province. Right now, we have three nursery bases in China. One of them is located in Chenqiao village, Zhouwangmiao town, Haining city, Zhejiang province (That is, in the Zhejiang Senhe Seedlings Co.,Ltd, which is about 600 meters east away from Hunting Horse Hotel in Zhouwangmiao town. ) Haining nursery has about 360mu growing beds totally. In 2015, we have found the 2^nd nursery base - Jinan nursery in Shandong province, which is located in Huaiyin district, Jinan city and close to Yuqing Lake reservoir. Jinan nursery covers an area of about 310mu, and it is being expanded continually. This year, we are building our 3^rd new nursery base in Shuyang county, Jiangsu province.

Our trees are all imported from America with specialized production mode. We have imported over 150 varieties involving in flower trees, shade trees and shrubs, and all of them are planted in containers without soil. HONT is one of the best manufacturers and suppliers of colorful container trees in the world. We have global advanced production management system and technology system. There are expert growers from Oregon live in China to assure close supervision of our nurseries and to consult with our customers.
