Position: Creative Education Specialist
Location: Beijing
Role Summary:
A Training Specialist is responsible for management and coordination of education Programs
for health commonweal business in CHS. Work with other team member to organize or coordinate
quality training programs for external customers. 创新教育专员主要负责管理协调 CHS健康公益业
务的培训项目。和其他团队成员共同组织协调为外部客户的培训并保证培训质量。
Responsibilities:
l Draft the training plan for target customers on monthly/quarterly basis.制作针对
目标客户群的月度季度培训计划.Reach quarterly training targets.达到每季度培训目标
l Design training tools and documents for customers or students. Be creative to use
the latest technology or encourage students to learn & practice. 针对特定的客户或
学生进行个性化设计培训资料和工具，并能够运用最新的技术鼓励学生学习练习思考。
l Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of program processes and make
recommendations for improvements and solutions 评估效率和效益并提供持续改进的建
议和解决方案
Qualifications/Requirements -
1. Bachelor degree and/or above in medical，biomedical，biology，education related
area. 医学／生物医学／生物学／教育相关专业本科或以上学历
2. Strong competency in program coordination.在项目协调方面有很强的竞争力
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.卓越的书写和口头表达能力
4. Excellent reading and writing English skill.卓越的英文阅读或书写能力
5. Flexibility, with ability to adapt to changing environments and role
responsibilities.在变化的环境中能够灵活恰当处理事情并做角色转换

Position: Training Specialist

Role Summary:
A Training Specialist is responsible for management and coordination of training Programs for
emergency cardiovascular care business in CHS. Work with other team member to organize or
coordinate quality training programs for external customers. 培训专员主要负责管理协调 CHS急
诊心血管业务的培训项目。和其他团队成员共同组织协调为外部客户的培训并保证培训质量。
Responsibilities:
l Draft the training plan for target customers on monthly and quarterly basis.制作
针对目标客户群的月度季度培训计划
l Design training tools and documents for specific customers.针对特定的客户进行个性
化设计培训资料和工具
l Be the primary interface for customers and target facilities. Be the interface
with internal and external parties to ensure all program logistics are on track.
成为客户和目标机构主要的联系人, 是内外各部门的联系人保证所有项目的安排就绪
l Secure and manage all program supplies, materials, and vendors within expected
schedules and budgets. Manage finances and invoicing for department 在预期的时间
和预算内，担保管理所有培训项目相关的设施资料和合作方。管理负责财务相关凭证
l Evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of program processes and make
recommendations for improvements and solutions 评估效率和效益并提供持续改进的建

Qualifications/Requirements -
