岗位职责：

· Working closely with Consultant and project team, participate in the executive search process in the following areas:

· Perform research in the talent market and identify candidates by cold call or other relevant channel for search assignments

· Conduct research on companies and industries to support on search projects.

· Collaborate with the search engagement team, including the leading Principal and other research team members to develop and execute customized search strategies.

· Participate in ongoing assignments to identify new methodologies and procedures that enhance the search process.

任职要求：

· University graduate

· Previous working experience in relevant industry would be an advantage.

· Excellent telephone manner. Telephone research experience is needed

· Excellent interpersonal skills, enjoys meeting people creative

· Good communication skills, both in Mandarin Chinese and English

· Good common sense of business
