Hardware Development Engineer, working at Optical Transceiver
R & D Group
Responsibilities:
? Responsible for all aspects of circuit design and verification
? Selection and characterization of critical optical and electrical components
? PCB layout and high speed remission lines simulation validation and characterization
? Procurement of designed PCBs and PCBAs, bring-up and debugging
? Development and operation of test procedures(DVT & EVT) including test stations
? Development of manufacturing test strategy and test flow
? Support for qualification activities
? Support for production transfer activities
Qualification:
? MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering/Physics/Applied Physics, optical telecommunication is an advantage
? 2 years industry experience, preferably on optoelectronics industry
? Strong foundation in digital, analog, and high-speed circuit design, simulation, and verification
? Knowledgeable of high-speed optical and electronical devices (e.g. lasers, detectors, modulators)
? Experience with fiber-optic system and components is an advantage
? Team player, flexible and capable of collaboration with colleagues
? Good language skills in English
