Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

•       Provide continuous customer support via telephone and email related to the product

•       Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer's frustrations and solve customer's problem.

•       Identify the level of technical knowledge and adjust technical communications to solve customer's problem.

•       Conducting basic probing to determine the next action for any software related to enquiries

 Requirements:

•       Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in IT Field.

•       Candidate with Diploma level qualification in other fields of study are also encouraged to apply

•       Required language(s): Cantonese & Mandarin (fluent spoken English will be an added advantage).

•       Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

•       Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre- Full Training Provided

•       Applicant must be willing to work in Malaysia.

•       Applicant must be willing to work from rotational shift.

•       5 working days in a week (rotational in a week)

要求资格

-至少大专生或同等学历。

-与其它研究领域文凭一级资质的候选也被鼓励申请

-语言需求：英语 & 粤语 (中文书写)
