Major Responsibilities：
1. Use the SAP system and deal with all related quotations and contracts
2. Communicating with MINI's vendors and agencies, follow up cooperation events
3 .Support MINI's events and projects in China, follow up logistic events of events and projects
4. Cooperate with TP, Controlling, Finance and other departments in BMW Group
5. Consolidate the approval list and provision list of MINI China, align with MINI region department and report.
6. Support manager's daily business
工作内容：
1、使用SAP系统，处理所有相关报价和合同事务
2、负责对供应商进行联系和对接
3、跟进MINI在中国开展的市场活动
4、和采购、财务等多个部门进行合作
5、对MINI中国项目和预提进行汇总，并和区域进行合作，完成向上汇报
6、对Manager工作提供各方面支持

Request:
We really need one extremely responsible person to take this important position!
1. At least four days a week, and 5 days a week and six months preferred
2. Join our team and start the work ASAP and also remain Undergraduate or postgraduate student
4. Fluent oral and written English skill
5. Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, fast learning capability and passion on car industry
要求：
