For SISW LMS Department in BEIJING,we are looking for a Durability Testing Intern车辆动力学与疲劳技术工程师/实习生岗位.
What are my responsibilities?
Job Description:
Responsible for durability testing solutions support, including (vehicle road) load data acquisition and processing.
Responsible for (vehicle) durability testing relative engineering projects execution.
Responsible for technical support of durability testing relative SCADAS hardware, LMS Test.Lab Acquisition, LMS Test.Xpress Durability, LMS Tecware.
Providing on-line or on-site technical support to the customers.
工作内容:
负责车辆动力学（操稳与平顺性）解决方案和相关工程咨询项目的执行；
负责车辆底盘子系统（制动与转向系统）性能分析与整车匹配解决方案及相关工程咨询项目的执行；
负责车辆疲劳相关工程咨询项目的执行；
负责LMS Virtual. Lab Motion、LMS Imagine.Lab AMESim车辆动力学， 以及Virtual.Lab Durability的技术支持；
与LMS总部相关专家保持密切联系，掌握在多体动力学和疲劳耐久性仿真领域的最新技术进展，并将客户技术需求反馈给总部产品开发和管理部门；
对客户提供在线或现场的技术服务。
What do I need to qualify for this job?
Requirements/Qualifications:
Master degree candidate, with major in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or engineering mechanics.
Deep knowledge on statistic theory, fatigue life prediction theory.
Familiar with kinds of sensors, such as WFT, acceleration sensor, displacement sensor, force cell, et. al. and familiar with dynamic strain measurement based on strain gauge.
Experienced in dynamics signal measuring, vehicle road load data acquisition and familiar with LMS Test.Lab, LMS SCADAS hardware or similar data acquisition system and software.
Experienced in (vehicle road) load data processing and familiar with LMS Tecware or similar data processing software.
Experienced in fatigue life prediction and familiar with LMS Tecware FALANCS or similar solver.
Fluent English.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Customers and business oriented and teamwork.
Prepared for frequent traveling.
条件要求:
汽车工程、机械工程、力学等相关专业，硕士以上在职研究生；
具有类似职位（多体动力学与疲劳耐久性CAE技术支持）工作经验，或整车厂/工程机械车辆动力学或疲劳耐久性相关领域研发经验；
熟悉车辆动力学（操稳与平顺性）和疲劳仿真；
熟悉多体动力学仿真软件如Virtual.Lab Motion或Adams；
熟悉与多体动力学紧密关联的CAE软件如有限元（Nastran）、系统仿真（AMESim）和疲劳软件（如Virtual.Lab Durability or nCode）优先；
流利英语；
良好的沟通和演讲能力；
注重团队合作；
能够适应出差。
