Secretary/秘书 (全职) – 审计 – 德勤武汉所
Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative support to partner and manager including answering phones, preparing expense reports, filing, ordering supplies and other administrative duties.
· Act as a liaison with all levels of personnel both inside and outside of the organization
· Coordinate and arrange teleconferences and travel requirements
· Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence and other documents and compiling data and analysis for special projects as assigned
· SAP support, i.e. fee note issue, time report, WIP/AR follow up
Qualification:
· Good communication (both verbally and in written word )/coordination skill with partners/staffs/ team members of different levels
· Highly motivated, results driven, with the ability to demonstrate problem solving and decision making skills
· Nice personality, be willing to help others and take extra work
