SHE Summer Intern 安全健康环保暑期实习生

工作地点：北京 职能类别：环保工程师

Purpose of the Position:
? To promote SHE culture in CDTC plant.
? Based on engineering solution to create safety and health working environment.
? Continually improve SHE system to meet local regulations and Corporate SHE policies.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
? Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices and develop hazard control practices and programs.
? Conduct safety training for new employees and contractors, develop training material.
? Assist in communicating hazard control information and evaluate effectiveness of the control.
? Assist line and staff management in understanding corporate policies and local laws, regulations and standards.
? Work with facility management to develop annual safety goals and objectives.
? SHE data analysis and develop improvement plans.

Education & Experience

? Maximize capacity utilization to support plant production.

Quality Engineer(Summer Intern) 质量控制工程师暑期实习

Position Description 

Purpose of the Position:
Use statistical knowledge and tools to solve quality and/or process issues. Responsible for overall quality issues during whole product life, include product/process design review, vendor qualification/management, process improvement etc.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Design and conduct process improvement experiments and manufacturing studies. Statistics analysis of manufacturing and experimental data to find process upset root causes and appropriate solution. Utilize data analysis techniques to reduce cycle- time, improve manufacturing efficiency, reduce loss, and implement improved processes and new products.
Involve in process variability reductions, manufacturing capability and process control for consistent performance, material utilization, product quality, process optimization and cost reductions.
Plan, execute & document experimental designs related to cycle time reduction, product & process Work on joint teams with manufacturing and technology to improve quality, throughput, and cycle time and process uptime improvements.
Qualify vendors or contract manufacturing for early stage product. Coordinating suppliers and verifying quality standards in accordance with the requirements.
Performing regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, as well as actively participating in strategic development based on quality control plans. 
The liaison for suppliers, suggests structural quality and process improvements, and collaborates with other engineers in a team environment. Identify technical problems with suppliers and implement corrective actions.

Education & Experience 
Master degree of Statistics and mathematics is a plus 

Required Skills 
Statistics knowledge for quality application in industry, 6 sigma, SPC, DOE, Taguchi etc. 
Proficient in English. Good written and oral skills are essential.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Help to finish mechanical parts design, sample check and installation according to project requirements

Finish file update and data archiving according to related requirements

Help to do some test and collect related data according to requirements

?  Individual contributor on projects, along with management of DMAIC improvement projects, finish related mechanical parts design, test deployment and data collection
