Job Summary
Work to fulfill the product order meets Safety, Quality, and Delivery goals by following working instructions and production plan. Assist engineer to work on the documentation for the root cause analysis.
Delivery OJT for new hires.
Responsibility
1. In charge of product start-up setting, calibration, troubleshooting in production line.
2. Have capability to write the basic documents to support production such as working instruction, procedure and checklist.
3. Work close with engineers (both Integration and Product Engineers) for problems solving encountered during calibration and follow proper process to do the rework.
4. Make proper documentation, driving root cause analysis and feedback for the permanent fix.
5. Proactive to seek the opportunities or assist engineer to improve product quality and optimize efficiency of process.
6. Train or supervise new integrator until qualified.
7. Share learning knowledge with peers.
8. Serve as product technician as requested.
9. Complete service parts testing plan on schedule in order to fulfill orders
10. Finish work assigned by direct or higher supervisor on time.
