Responsibility:

    Assist in HRIS systems and personnel folder maintenance;
    协助整理更新系统中的人事档案
   
    Assist in attendance management;
    协助考勤管理
   
    Assist in recruitment activities, e.g. coordinate / schedule interviews, manage recruitment website etc.;
    协助招聘活动,如协调/安排面试, 管理招聘网站等
   
    Assist in training program administrations, e.g. training material printing & delivering, training feedback collecting etc. ;
    协助培训的项目管理,如培训材料印刷、交付、培训反馈收集等;
   
    Assistant in staff contract renewal and data maintenance;
    协助整理员工合同的续签以及数据的维护更新;
   
    Any other activities assigned

    Requirement:
    要求：
   
    Bachelor degree or equivalent, HR related major,College graduated and male is a plus;
    本科及以上学历，HR专业优先，应届毕业生，男生优先。
   
    Good command of English, both oral and written,CET-6;
    良好的英语口语和书写能力
   
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
    良好的交际沟通能力
   
    Proficiency in MS Office application software (word, excel, Powerpoint);
    熟练应该办公室软件（例如Word、Excel、Powerpoint等）
   
    Mature with professional attitude and able to work under pressure. .
