Job responsibility
1. Working as BAU supporting and project delivery in voice team.
2. Working on voice system (Avaya/Cisco PABX and voice adjuncts, NICE recording system) daily operation and project delivery independently as well as working with regional and global supporting team in and vendors, which includes,
a. Voice system maintenance and troubleshooting;
b. Voice system upgrade according to guideline;
c. Voice system capacity planning;
d. Voice system related inventory and data maintenance;
e. Voice system allocation and billing;
f. Voice service delivery upon biz requirements and initiatives;
g. Voice system COB supporting;
3. Scope covering whole group China.
Qualification & Skill required
1. Being computer science or engineering related university degree.
2. Rich Avaya or Cisco based voice system knowledge and practical working experience, 3 years working experience for daily operation and project delivery on a medium or large sized voice environment,supporting experience in contact center will be advantage.
3. Knowledge and working experience for a daily operation on VoIP environment.
4. Strong operational processing concept on change management, incident and problem management.
5. Avaya ACACN/ACACS or Cisco CCVP certification is a plus.
6. Knowledge and working experience for voice adjunction system, such as NICE recording system, IVR system or CMS system, is better.
7. Sense on QA and information security.
8. Documentation accountability.
9. Self-motivated and highly responsible.
10. Teamwork and hardworking, available for OT.
11. Sound interpersonal communication and coordinated skills.
12. Sound English both in oral and written. |
