Key Responsibilities
As a graduate within Schroders, you will be given the opportunity to gain experience within different teams, learning new skills and designing innovative products and solutions. You will work on a range of initiatives which will allow you to broaden your expertise through your interaction in Schroders.

Together with your graduate peers, you will join an internal training programme which introduces you to various aspects of the Investment Management business and the technology that supports it.

After the completion of your initial training you will start your rotational programme as well as completing any relevant technical & business courses to advance your professional development.

By the end of the programme you would have gained a broad understanding of the different discipline within the Schroders Group Infrastructure division and will be encouraged to pursue a specialized career path as a Schroders employee.

Key Responsibilities

The reporting line reports locally to Head of Equity Research, Asia and functionally to designate personnel for various tasks as assigned.

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]Contribute to the creation of a set of tools, techniques and practices that maximise the impact and efficiency of the team.

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]Turning raw data into useful and analysable derived data sets, and

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]Developing re-usable analytical and visualisation methods.

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]Work with team members and IT to develop and enhance the technical tools used as part of our work including the data warehouse and interconnections with various internal data systems.

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]Seeking out other sources of data and information from public websites, industry specialists, etc.

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]The candidate will undertake financial analysis at an industry and stock level, within a framework set by line manager and team leader

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]The candidate will acquire product information, strengthen analytical skills and product knowledge

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]The candidate will work on data analysis working closely with Data Insight Unit team in London to bring proactive on solutions to the team.

[if !supportLists]·     [endif]The candidate at the Company’s discretion may be assigned to take ad hoc projects and overseas assignments

Essential Skills

We are looking for candidate with a blend of the analytical and inquisitive, tuned into the practicalities of business and finance, but with a modelling, data analytics and technical edge.
