主要工作职责：

Responsibilities:

1. 负责销售团队日常行政工作，如：

Daily administrative work for Sales team:

-预定机票、火车票、和/或宾馆

-Air-ticket/ Train and hotel booking

-发票报销

-Invoice reimbursement

-文件收取、扫描和投寄

-Docs scan and post

-销售人员出差申请表打印及签字申请

-Trip Request Form print and signature application

2. 销售合同的盖章归档

   Contract signature and files

3. 其他领导指派的工作

 Other tasks from supervisors.

 

 

任职要求：

Key Competences:

n  熟悉微软办公软件操作

Good command of Microsoft Office.

n  较好的英语口语及写作能力

Fluent English skills both in written and oral.

n  细心、具有团队合作精神

Work carefully, and have good team spirit.

n  每周至少工作3天，至少可以连续工作6个月

Must work at least 3 days for each week, and at least work for 6 months.

n  在读研究生可优先

Postgraduates is preferred.
