职位描述及要求岗位职责：
    -电话的接听及转接，传真、信件等收发，各类文件表格的管理；数据库的管理
    -接待来访客人，安排会议室
    -办公用品、快递、饮用水等的管理，名片的印刷-员工考勤管理及统计，定期更新员工通讯录
    -办公用品采购，固定资产管理
    -接听客户咨询电话，了解客户需求及相关信息，做详细的电话记录，并进行项目负责人分派，及后续销售跟进
   
    岗位要求：
    -有前台相关工作经验，能熟练使用办公软件
    -大专及以上学历
    -五官端正，举止得体、大方
    -有责任心，吃苦耐劳, 热情、稳重、细心，处事灵活；较强的亲和力及沟通能力，具有团队精神，有较强的组织协调能力
