This program provides you with on-the-job training with opportunity to participate in critical projects in various industries. You will:
• Be exposed to broad industries with global multi-national corporations;
• Develop into an industry specialist in key growth segments.
Job Description
1. Well understand clients’ job description and requirement.
2. Research and source for best-fit candidates.
3. Arrange face to face interview between clients and candidates.
4. Provide comments and report of candidates to clients.
5. Coordinate the interview between clients and candidates, follow up and get feedback.
Job Requirement

5. A strong “selling” and influencing mindset
6. A recognized undergraduate degree or above
7. Excellent oral and written English
C&B：
Bachelor: 150 RMB/Day; Master: 200 RMB/Day
After MT Program Graduation: 8000 RMB/Month
