TUBACEX is an industrial Group founded in 1963 devoted to manufacturing cold-drawn seamless tubes in stainless steel and high-nickel alloys and superalloys, with its head office in Llodio (Alava-Spain).

TUBACEX is a leading multinational Group, with industrial facilities in Spain, Italy, Austria and the United States, and a broad network of sales offices spread around the world.

TUBACEX, is the largest worldwide producer of seamless tubes in stainless steel and high-nickel alloys, and one of the few companies to have an integrated production: steel manufacturing, hot extrusion and cold-rolling of the tubes. The existence of our own steelworks provides the facilities with a large flexibility in the production of tubes, both for the opportunity of making special castings as well as reducing delivery times in urgent orders. The Group has a unique marketing structure for its products on a worldwide level.

The main demand segments for the tubes manufactured by TUBACEX are the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical and power generation industries. It also devotes part of its production to the mechanical industry, aerospace, food, water desalination, electronics, capital goods and new technologies, among other industries.

The company's staff has approximately 1,950 members with over 20 different nationalities and spread out through 15 countries.

TUBACEX is listed in the Spanish Stock Market (TUB MC) since 1970 and its shares are integrated in the IBEX MEDIUM CAP index.

Expand market presence in the industry to ensure company business growth and profitability under defined business strategies by collaborating within all available networks

JOB SCOPE:

l  Report to China managing director

l  Efficiently handling customer enquiries,orders,complaints and development issues as part of activities of  TUBACEX NORTH ASIA sales team

l  Key accountabilities

l  Preparation of bids and offers and appropriated flow up for maximizing profitability

l  Maintaining and updating customer database

l  Follow up of all activities of outstanding orders ensuring completion to completion to customer satisfacti

 

l  Strategic planning for continuous business growth for assigned clients

 

l  Development and maintenance of long term customer relationships. Maintenance of the account profiles

l  Attend client operational meetings and update respective Business Units on day to day operations and activities forecast

l  Collect, maintain and update information on market trends, requirement and competitive products and services to facilitate development of sales strategies and plans

l  Keep Customers informed of company latest technologies

l  Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

 

Skills & Knowledge:

l  He will have a proven track of success at effectively growing and managing a sales and marketing business in China on Oil & Gas, petrochemical, power generation, stainless steel or other related industry.

l  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to function successfully in a complex, matrix, global environment.

l  Frequent traveling within China

l  Good command of English and Mandarin in both speaking & writing

l  Graduated from 211 or 985 university with engineering degree, master degree preferred.
