Job Description: --To maintain schedule of college events; --To organize college committee; --To assist the collection, maintenance and archiving of documentation relating to students and courses; --To maintain the records of External Examiners’ agreements and reports; --To maintain records of Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Body (PSRB) accreditation; -- To maintain records of mitigation claims submitted; --To respond to requests for information from both within and outside the University; -- To preparation and distribute of papers and agendas for committees and events; --To take minutes of events, committees and meetings as requested; -- To carry out all duties and responsibilities in line with University policies and procedures. In addition to the above areas of responsibility, the post holder may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the grade of the post as required. Essentially, this role requires a flexible and pro-active candidate able to work on a variety of tasks within and outside of these main duties and responsibilities whilst working with an attention to detail to a professional standard. Qualifications: Terms of Appointment Successful candidates will be appointed on full-time fixed term contract.
