1. 主办律师 Senior Associate(Preparatory junior partner)

Job description

Ø Take accountability for planning, structuring, and executing IBC team development strategy;

Ø Leading the research and development and promotion of international legal service products;

Ø Leading transactions and have the opportunity to bring in potential business and grow your own portfolio of clients depending on your specialization;

Ø Developing and maintaining client relationships by ensuring high quality of service is being provided in a timely manner;

Ø Handling legal matters relating to the international investment, Commodity Trading, M&A, reorganization and other corporate issues;

Ø Review various contracts and legal agreements;

Ø Risk control and legal advice with business oriented mind.

Desired Experience and Skills

Education: Master Degree and above, major in Law.

Experience and Skills:

Ø Qualified P.R.C. or Overseas lawyer;

Ø Experience in an international or top local law firms;

Ø 5 years post qualification experience in inbound & outbound investment, international trade, immigration and other international practice areas;

Ø Excellent communication skills, strong team player;

Ø Self-motivated and capable of identifying and resolving legal and business issues, appropriately balancing legal issues with business risk;

Ø Open minded and communicative, flexible, proactive, energetic, mature, easy-going;

Ø Work well under pressure.

Languages:  

Ø Bilingual with Mandarin and English or other foreign languages;

Ø Good demonstrated English language capability, excellent legal drafting skills and proficient in English and Mandarin.

2. 高级合伙人助理 Senior partner assistant

Skills and Qualifications:

Ø 2014-2016 JD or LLM candidates from a top-tier law school;

Ø Over 3 years of oversea education experiences;

Ø Academic merit (Top 20% students will be given priority) as shown in their JD or LLM degree;

Ø Excellent legal drafting skills and proficient in English and Mandarin;

Ø Strong analytical skills;

Ø Ability to work under pressure, Self-motivated;

Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

Ø Interests in pursuing career development in international business area.

The selection process normally involves a written exercise and two rounds of interviews.
