What You Will Do

AI's Operations team is a place where you can grow your technical and management skills – while making a real contribution to the improvement of international trade. Every year, we deliver some 140,000 inspections, audits, and lab tests, helping our clients secure their supply chains. Your Responsibilities

As a Report Specialist, you will:

- Manage and dispatch emails within your team to ensure efficient communication between AI teams and our clients;

- Chase any late reports from inspectors' side daily;

- Handle client inquiries, and liaise with our field team to collect any requested information;

- Prepare inspection certificates and send them to suppliers when required;

- Complete basic tests on samples sent back by inspectors, and update the results to the relevant report approver;

- Perform data capture for analytical purposes.
The Skills We're Looking For

- College graduate with good written and spoken English - recent graduates will also be considered;

- 1 year of relevant work experience or long-term internship;
- Willingness to work night hours - between 3PM - 12AM;

- Knowledgeable in MS Word
