Job Discription:
-Keep an accurate and timely update of data in HRIS system, manage HR p-file and related documents with no error.
-Responsible for the whole lifecycle of employee, including onboard and exit process,handling contract renewal and probation reminding
-Checking staff attendance record and overtime appllication.
-Applying business visa, residence permit and other cetifications for staff.
-Help organizing staff activities such as annual dinner, managenement meeting.
-Other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
-College or above, major in Administration, Human Resouces or relevant.
-HR Working Experience is advantagous.
-Detailed orientated with can-do attaitude,have enough patience.
-Good command of Microsoft Office software is preferred, like Excel, PPT, Photoshop.
PS:This position has to work between 金桥 and 张江 offices.
Company provide shuttle bus.
